The Isabel Hernandez Bible Institute is one of many branches of the Spanish Eastern District Department of Education of the Assemblies of God.

The Spanish Eastern District Department of Education administers 49 Bible Institutes. One of these institutes resides here in the city of Rochester, NY. The other extensions are found in Connecticut, Kentucky, Massachussetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

The Isabel Hernandez Bible Institute opens it's doors to all the churches in the Northwest section to offer this service of Theological Education to prepare, train, and approve leaders for their local church.

The basic program of study consists of three years for a total of 30 credits. Upon successful completion, each student shall receive a Diploma in Christian Education

The Department of Education Administers The Spanish Eastern School of Theology. There exists an agreement with Global University of Springfield, Missouri that gives students that desire to obtain their Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree, the opportunity to use those approved credits obtained from their Christian Diploma.
